Fairytale Gone Bad

I was scrolling through your wonderful gallery, stopping to visit here and there, until I found a home. Shelter is a basic necessity, and in some ways we spend as much time relating to it as the people living in it. If we live there long enough we may actually see the house as another person. Leaving it can be like losing a friend or even a family member. So for me it’s a logical leap to imagine that a house can love its occupants. And likewise grieve when they move, and dream of happier, less lonely times. Anyway, that's what your image is speaking to me. It’s a story even sadder than a fairytale gone bad.
